What is this role all about?

Reporting to the FP&A Manager the candidate will support the Company's yearly budgeting process, monthly financial forecasts and will contribute in providing robust business decision tools to the Senior Management in a multi-brand environment.

Main Responsibilities

The candidate will have to

  • contribute to the business planning process (demand planning, budgeting and forecasting, BS, CF) and the monthly forecast reviews through revenue and costs analysis;

  • work variance analysis & identify/monitor KPIs so tobe focused on early warnings and suggestions for countermeasures;

  • drive profitability and performance improvement via financial analysis (investments, business development, customer portfolio, network, sensitivities, etc.);

  • support business reviews and related presentations;

  • prepare management reporting packages (to Country, Europe and US)

  • liaise and interact with all involved stakeholders to collect data and information, track expenses and ensure all routines are run properly;

Requisiti obbligatori

Required Skills

  • between 1-3 years of experience in Planning/Controlling Departments of Multinational Companies; accounting background is a must;

  • university degree in economics, business administration or general management;

  • fluency in English and Italian;

  • proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and familiarity with ERPs (Cognos, Hyperion, Oracle);

  • well organized; ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, maintaining accuracy;

  • problem solving, analytical skills, ability to adapt to changes;

  • good team player with proactive attitude; exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
